These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Nereye Sıçacağız?" mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App allows users to find public toilets near them on a map, rate those toilets on cleanliness, smell, toilet paper, soap, bidet nozzle, and cost, and get directions to the nearest toilet.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The App can be used without registration via an anonymous device identifier. You may optionally create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information.
Toilets you add, ratings, and comments ("Content") are your responsibility. By submitting Content, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it within the App.

All rights in the App are reserved. Other than User Content, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Toilet information is provided by users; we do not guarantee its accuracy, nor that any toilet is open, usable, or as described.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page; your continued use constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
