• Device Identifier: To let you use the App without an account, we generate a random device-specific identifier (device ID) that ties your ratings and added toilets to your device.
• Account Information (optional): If you choose to create an account, we store your name, email address, and password (securely hashed).
• Location Data: We use your approximate/precise location to show nearby toilets. Location is processed in the moment and is not stored permanently on our servers.
• User Content: Toilets you add, ratings, and comments you submit.
• Technical Data: Basic diagnostic information required for the App to function.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the service.
• To show nearby toilets and recommend the closest one via the "VERY URGENT" feature.
• To prevent abuse and spam.
• To provide support and respond to your inquiries.

3. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of performance of the service and our legitimate interests, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Account creation is processed on the basis of your consent.

4. Third Parties

• Google Maps: We use Google Maps for map and location services. Google's own privacy policy applies.
• Infrastructure Providers: Our data is hosted on secure servers.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. To request deletion of your account, contact us at the address below.

6. Data Security

Passwords are stored hashed. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing of, object to, and port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
